Access this menu by clicking
Trunks
on the navigation panel. Alternatively, click
System
and then
Control Unit
and double-click the expansion module or VoIP trunk.
The menu provides a usage history for each trunk. Counts reset either when you click the
Reset
button or when the system reboots.

Outgoing
The count of all Outgoing calls.

The count of Incoming calls, excludes Incoming Abandoned calls.

Calls where the caller disconnected before the system or a user answered the call. Abandoned calls have a blank
Total Call Duration

Number of Calls
Total number of calls by call type.

Total Call Duration
Hours, minutes and seconds format. For outgoing calls, measured from the call start. For incoming calls, measured from call answer.

Total Ring Time
Hours, minutes and seconds format.
Buttons

Reset
Resets all utilization counters (number of calls and total duration) for the displayed trunk to 0.
