If you created a Group on the Create Group page and did not select the Dynamic Group check box, your group is static. You must manually add the members to a group. You can also change a static group to become dynamic by selecting the Dynamic Group checkbox on the Dynamic > Member Query page. After a static group becomes dynamic, it can be converted back to static status again.
If you created a Group on the Create Group page and selected the Dynamic Group checkbox, your group is dynamic. It is created by the system and cannot be changed to static status. The Members page displays four boxes: Dynamic Members, Excluded Members, Included Members, and All Members.
Dynamic Members
Text in this box is not editable.
Excluded Members
Enter names of excluded members in this box. An object specified in Included Members will override the same object specified in Excluded Members.
Included Members
Enter the names of members to be included. iManager adds them to the All Members box.
All Members
