 The user ID specifies a user's identity, 
 identifies the user's processes, and determines 
 owner access permission to files.  This number 
 must be unique for each user and should be less 
 than 32000.

 The login shell is the absolute pathname to the 
 command executed immediately upon completion of 
 the login process.  

 To display the available login shells, click on 
 the Other Shells... button; the choices appear

 The login group is the account's primary group.  
 To display the available login groups, click on 
 the Other Groups... button; the choices appear
 in a list box.

 Secondary groups for an account are optional. 
 To display the available secondary groups, 
 click on the Secondary Groups... button; the 
 choices appear in a list box.

 The parent directory is the directory that 
 contains the account's home directory.  It is 
 also described as the parent of the home 
 directory.  

 An account's login directory has two parts.  The 
 first part is the parent directory.  The account 
 name, which is usually the same as the login 
 name you specify in the Username field, is the 
 second part.

 To display the available parent directories, 
 click on the Other Directories... button; the 
 choices appear in a list box.

 The name completes the account's login 
 directory path, for example: 

 parent_directory/name

 The name of the account's home directory is 
 usually the same as the login name you 
 specify in the Username field.  The name 
 must be unique for each user.

2 diskquotas
=TITLE Disk Quotas

 Disk quotas allow you to manage your disk space by
 setting limits on the number of files and the 
 amount of blocks an account can use on a disk that 
 has quotas enabled.  

 To enable disk quotas for the account, click on 
 the Disk Quotas... button; a dialog box appears.
 Type the soft and hard limits for files and for 
 blocks.
 
2 password

 To create a password for the account, click on 
 the Password... button; a dialog box appears.
 Type and then retype the password.

 If you want to specify an encrypted password, 
 click on the Encrypted Password... button and 
 type the password in the text entry field.
